1. Why should I study abroad?

2. Do student have to give any entrance examination for joining the universities abroad?

NO. Unlike the other countries, there are no pre-qualifying examinations for admission to MBBS course in Russia and Ukraine, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. are also not required. The admissions is offered by CWES Consultancy and based on the 12th standard marks for Graduate courses. All admissions are strictly on a first come first served basis.

3. What are the requirements for seeking admission to study abroad?

All students willing to get higher education in State Universities in Russia and Ukraine are welcome to come. In order to be able to seek admission in the MBBS courses, you need to have minimum 50 percent marks in subjects such as- biology, physics and chemistry, for any technical field it is necessary to have 50 percent pass in mathematics and physics.

4. If I have below average grades in high school or college. Will I get admission?

Yes, CWES Consultancy will assist you to get admissions even if you have below average grades in academics. CWES Consultancy can offer you admission into several good Universities abroad which understand that students sometimes lose focus and do not concentrate on their studies, and marks is not the most important thing, the main is to be motivated and study hard to obtain the desired degree. 5. Can I get scholarships?

Universities do not offer scholarships. However, it needs to be understood that the cost of education is indeed affordable and low.

6. What is the language of Instruction?

Studying can be conducted on English or Ukrainian/Russian languages by Student’s choice. If you want to study on English you start from the first year directly. For students interested to get education on local language it is necessary to go through the preparatory department to learn Russian/Ukrainian.

7. I don’t know another language. Will this be a problem?

Not at all. You can study abroad if you only know English, as all educational process will be conducted on English Medium of Instruction. Plus you will have free of cost classes of local language just for you to feel comfortable living in a country. 8. Is studying abroad expensive?

9. Are all the degrees recognized by the medical organizations and councils?

Degrees from all our Universities are recognized worldwide. MBBS degree courses have recognition by World Health Organization (WHO), PLAB, USMLE ets. Also, all these degrees enjoy listing under the Medical Council of India (MCI).

10. Can I practice in India on my return, after MBBS / MD degree or Primary Medical Qualification from Ukraine?

YES. As per the current rules of the Medical Council of India (MCI), you can practice in India. After graduating from Ukraine or Russia, you have to appear for a Screening test, conducted by the National Board of Education (NBE), New Delhi. On clearing this test you need to register with the MCI and comply with all their rules and then you will get a Registration which will allow you to practice Medicine in India.

11. How many times I can appear in MCI Screening Test?

Students get unlimited chances to appear in MCI Screening Test. MCI conducts screening test twice a year in June and December. Our students clear MCI Examination easily as we provide MCI Coaching with Indian Professor for our Students from the 3rd year of their study.

12. Can I expect to get a job in Medical Institutions and Government Hospitals?

Yes, sure. We are very glad to inform you, that after you complete the course you will be able to apply for both the government and the private sector jobs. Thus, it will not be a difficult aspect for you to be able to practice at all places in India.

13. When does the university have vacations?

There are two types of vacations in Ukrainian and Russian medical universities. • Winter vacations will last from 25th of December till 15th of January; • Summer vacation: 1st July to 31st August Note: In summer and winter vacations students can visit their home town or can stay there in Ukraine/Russia.

14. What would be the type of food generally found abroad?

All types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available. There are rich variety of products and fruits available. Most of our Universities Ukraine and Russia are multinational countries, so there are lots of restaurants with Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Italian and many other kinds of cuisines. For Indian Students CWES Consultancy provide Indian Mess, with authentic testy dishes prepared by Indian cooker.

15. What is the type of accommodation that is given by the Universities?

Universities provide hostels for all international students with comfortable living condition. All hostels are supplied with cold and hot water, central heating system and Wi-Fi, each room contains beds, a desk, chairs and storage space.

16. What will be the average monthly Expenses?

As per feedback from our students, you will need approximately 60$ per month apart from Mess. This figure is approximate and would differ on individual lifestyle.

17. How Can Parents Send Money to their Children? Can students open a bank Account there?

Students can take International debit card, forex card or hard cash (USD) with them. Representative of CWES Consultancy will help you to open a bank account in a Local bank, so parents can easily transfer you Money.

18. Is Medical Treatment available in the University?

Every university has dedicated student’s clinics in university premises. Students can get medical treatment from those clinics. Apart from that CWES Consultancy provides Medical Insurance to all students which is compulsory while travelling abroad. This medical Insurance helps them to get medical treatment from government hospital in their city.

19. Can my parent or family visit me while I am studying abroad ?

Yes. CWES Consultancy will assist your relatives with Invitation and travel arrangements, our representative in Ukraine will help with accommodation, reaching University and settlements in Ukraine/Russia for the time of visit.

20. Is it Safe to live in Ukraine/Russia?

Ukraine and Russia are very safe and secure countries! Staying in a hostel, walking along the streets, travelling within the country you will not have any worries about something bad happening to you. If you get problems and need someone’s help, for sure you will find people who try to fix your problems or tell you where you should go and how to get somewhere. Campuses, hostels and Universities are equipped by safety cameras and security systems. The Universities’ Security Centers provide 24-hour security cover for the Universities’ campuses and halls of residence. A comprehensive CCTV camera systems operate through the Universities’ campuses, including some of the large residential sites. The cameras are used to direct security staff to incidents, and the Centers work in close liaison with the police.
